Flexibility. The SelectTech GeoSpatial (SG) Advanced Manufacturing Facility (AMF) is designed to be an incredibly flexible manufacturing resource. The AMF is a complete manufacturing facility under one roof;

• a complete machining cell with 4 and 5 axis vertical milling center, a high capacity lathe with live tooling, CNC routers, burn tables, and auxiliary equipment.

• A complete metal fabrication shop with the capability to bend, roll, shear, shape, join, cut, and generally form metal into any required shape and / or component.

• A heavily customized composite fabrication shop specializing in Channel Assisted Resign Transfer Molding (CARTM) with an almost unlimited ability to work with various fabrics (fiberglass, carbon fiber, kevlar, and many others) and resins. With our integrated machine and metal shops we can make very accurate, high quality, molds for composite manufacturing.

• A pattern shop which in addition to supporting the manufacturing process provides a unique prototyping resource and the ability to provide high quality finishing touches to mobile assemblies.

• We can apply a variety of finishes in our custom paint booth. We can accommodate various paints and finishes as well as high performance finishes for composites.

• Electrical fabrications – we have a complete wire fabrication facility coupled with an electrical shop where we can design and assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs), custom wire harnesses, and other electrical assemblies.

These SGAMF resources are manned by skilled personnel well versed in their craft who are creative and have experience manufacturing a incredible range of products, both for commercial and defense applications.

Finally, these resources are made valuable by manufacturing processes designed to be adaptable and flexible. In an advanced manufacturing facility there may not always be time to optimize the manufacturing process. Recognizing this reality at the beginning of our standup we designed our processes to accommodate real-time changes and updates to the manufacturing process. We can change designs and manufacturing sequences in real-time while products are in process – this lets us quickly adapt to our customer's requirements and rapidly produce product.
