Prototyping Capabilities

The SelectTech GeoSpatial (SG) Advanced Manufacturing Facility (AMF) has an extensive prototyping capability to bring our customer's designs to life. In addition to advanced CNC machining which we can use to rapidly prototype products, we have two additional prototyping capabilities; a pattern shop and 3D printers. The pattern shop provides a traditional, flexible, and rapid prototyping capability. The 3D printers provide the ability to rapidly generate complex shapes (and shapes within shapes) directly from solid models without any intervening steps. Instead of printing drawings and reports, we can provide a tangible, fit, form, and function prototype in the time it takes to get lunch.
